Expecting official release of BlackBerry Desktop Manager Version 5.0 in near future?

Just spotted three knowledge base articles (KB18341, KB18222 and KB18293) on official BlackBerry knowledge center site and looking at the previous trend about appearance of KB articles followed by official release of software from RIM in the past, let’s expect the official release of BlackBerry Desktop Manager Version 5.0 in the near future. 

The interface looks the same as the current version but let’s wait and see what other features its going roll out with. As per the article KB18341: Media installation options in BlackBerry Desktop Manager version 5.0,

• During the installation of BlackBerry Desktop Manager 5.0, users now have the option to choose which Media programs they wish to install.  Options will be presented to include BlackBerry Media Sync and/or Roxio Media Manager.
• Users who do not install either media program during the installation process will still be able to do so after the fact without having to reinstall BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

The leaked version of BlackBerry Desktop Manager v5.0 is floating around on the Internet since last 3-4 months and if you would like to try that for now, remember that you will be doing that on your own risk.
