Go through the steps 2,3 and 4 to transfer pictures to BlackBerry. Instead of Ringtones use Pictures.

Hi, I was wondering why there were no options to upload pictures to the blackberry phone using Desktop manager ? Is there any way I can do this ?

It’s not that great utility anyway. I have tried almost all other OS – WinMO, Palm, Symbian. It has hardly worked for me.

I believe you are using Mac.
1) Make sure the SD card is working OK. (Take a picture and save it on media card, check the sufficient free memory on card)
2) Power cycle the device (Take the battery out – put it back in)
2) Make sure you see the BlackBerry as a Mass storage device on Mac (i.e. you see it as mounted on desktop and you can access the media card that way)
3) Try to copy/move files to media card directly
4) Check if you have the latest version of iTunes (v7.7.1 or later)
5) Try to sync one or two songs first
6) Format the card try again
7) All fails try other card into this device or this card into other BlackBerry and test

HELP! i keep trying to sync my itunes but it says my mass storage is turned off. i check it and it says it is ON but it wont register for the computer…what do i do?/

Great walkthrough..Waiting for the official release. With this leaked one, when I sync contacts I am not able to delete those from the device. Just mentioning my experience.
