Add Your BlackBerry Messenger Barcode To Your Facebook Profile
We have covered the Barcode (QR code) feature introduced in BlackBerry Messenger 5.0 many times on this blog. Today RIM introduced the Facebook app for BlackBerry Barcode Generator on their official BlackBerry Facebook page. This Facebook app allows you to use your BlackBerry PIN to create a BBM barcode that you can:
- Show it off on your Facebook profile pic
- Feature it on your Facebook profile page
- Share it on your BlackBerry screen

Heya,Useful post, although i’m more intrigued in what will come out of the google vs facebook social network war. I have not heard much news on it lately, which most probably means that it’s not really that far off, but i’ve a idea its likely to lead to several big changes to social networks. I think, i’d personally rather facebook came out of the war still in the lead mainly because google’s already large enough, and they currently hold a lot of data on everybody. I don’t think that the two can exist though, either google’s social network will control or completely crash. What does anybody else believe?
